First Surface has an exclusive license in the UK to provide the Swiss companyBESTinCLASS's proprietary deburring/polishing method known as the Micro MachiningProcess (MMP). MMP is a physical-catalyst surface treatment applied to itemsplaced inside a treatment tank.

Materials treated by MMP

First Surface MMP begins with a detailed analysis of the surface state of the item to be treated. The processing parameters required to meet the customer’s objectives are then determined with a degree of precision that is unique on the market.
